THERAPY
Individual therapy—in person in Louisville or virtually throughout Kentucky, Indiana, and South Carolina.
50-minute sessions: $120
INSURANCE & SUPERBILLS
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. If you have an insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, your plan may reimburse a portion of the session fee. I can provide a superbill—a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
A few things worth knowing:
Reimbursement rates and eligibility vary by plan. I would recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we start.
Depending on your insurance plan, reimbursement may first require meeting a separate out-of-network deductible.
If you plan to use insurance reimbursement, a diagnosis is required for the superbill. We can talk about what that means in practice during our intro call.
REDUCED RATES
I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who would otherwise be unable to access therapy. If cost is a barrier, please mention it when you reach out—I’m happy to have that conversation.
PROFESSIONAL RESILIENCE
Rates for workplace and congregational resilience work vary based on scope, format, and length of engagement. Please reach out using the contact form on the relevant page and I'll follow up to talk through options.
GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
Under the No Surprises Act of 2022, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services. A downloadable GFE is available on the Mental Health Resources page, or I can provide one directly upon request.
