ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS · LOUISVILLE, KY, IN & SC

Therapy for the stories that have shaped you—and the ones you want to write next.

The narratives we inherit—from family, religion, culture, and work—run deep. When those stories no longer fit, or when they've caused harm, it takes more than willpower to rewrite them.

I offer therapy that goes beneath the surface, works at your pace, and helps you reconnect with yourself and others more fully. Together, let’s transform stress into meaningful change.

 1

Schedule a free 10-minute intro phone call—I typically ask two questions during this call:
1) What led you to reach out for therapy at this time?
2) What questions do you have for me? (logistics, scheduling, how I practice, etc.)

2

Schedule a session. At the end of our phone call, if we both decide we are a good fit to work together, we will schedule your first session. I will email you a link to my portal to complete paperwork prior to our first session. You can also read more about what to expect during therapy with me. If you need a bit more time to think about it, that’s okay too—I can send you a link to schedule a session at your convenience.

Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is
more people who have come alive.”
